Also the piece you wrote in the August 17th issue of SCD "Inside Pitch" should be posted to the Tuff Stuff site as well .It is a must read for all collectors veteran and especially new collectors. Great work on the blog! I didn't know Tuff Stuff had one up and running until tonight. I wanted to let you know that I started my own blog a little over one month ago and so far I've been getting some pretty serious traffic thanks to Mario at WaxHeaven. I got back into collecting in 2007 after almost 15 years out of the hobby. I had two brief flings with collecting, once in 2000 and once in 2004, but nothing serious...lol. Now I'm back 100%.

The first thing I did when I got back in was to go and buy the latest copies of Tuff Stuff and Beckett to figure out what was going on in the hobby nowadays. I found Sports Collecting Radio and heard Mario Alejandro's interview one night. I contacted him a few weeks later and he featured an essay that I wrote. Somehow, this turned into my own blog.

So far, my blog has been proven "father-centric" as most of my writing has revolved around my place in the hobby now that I am a father. I try my best to be humble about my work so far but sometimes it hard to keep my head from "ballooning" up based on some of the feedback I've received.

Anyway, I wanted to say thanks to you personally for your work at Tuff Stuff and on Sports Collecting Radio. I hope you enjoy my blog! Maybe one day I'll get big enough to get my own "on-air" interview...haha...
